The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein. Your use of ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Sale. ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions of Sale at any time without prior notice to you. For this reason, we recommend that you review these Terms & Conditions of Sale whenever you use the Site.

Acceptance of Orders


Pricing and Specifications

All prices on the Site reflect the net cost in U.S. currency. The prices do not include applicable federal, state, and local taxes, or any elective charges and duties such as special delivery options. Buyer shall pay all such costs, taxes, charges, and duties. Prices, colors, and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing. ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com dba, ReShore, LLC is not responsible for typographical errors on the Site. Once you place an order for custom-cut, customer fabricated, custom built or special order items (such custom signs, custom sign posts, custom lengths, custom colors, modification made to our standard product) your order is considered non-cancelable and any custom-cut, custom fabricated, custom built or special order items purchased by you are also non-returnable.

Payment Terms

ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com accepts Master Card, VISA, Discover and American Express. For customers wishing to place orders on open account, terms of net terms after shipment are extended to firms listed and satisfactorily rated by Dun and Bradstreet. Unrated or unlisted firms are requested to submit two major trade references and the name of their local bank. Orders made by firms applying for credit will not be processed until ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com has completed its credit review.


All products are warranted for a minimum of one year: (1) by the manufacturer to the extent of the manufacturer’s express warranties to ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com or (2) by ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Manufacturers’ warranties for exported products may vary or may be null and void for products exported outside the United States.

Buyer’s Exclusive Remedies

ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com dba ReShore, LLC’s liability and Buyer’s exclusive remedies under ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com’s warranty shall be limited solely to repair, replacement, credit or refund, at ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com’s option, with respect to products returned to ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com pursuant to ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com’s instructions and pre-authorization. ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages, improper installation, placement or other including, but not limited to, labor costs or loss of profits arising in connection with the use of or inability to use products purchased from ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com.


All items designated as IN STOCK ship FOB from one of our distribution centers. Factory Ship items ship promptly (usually within 1 week) from our manufacturer’s stock, FOB point(s) as indicated. Unless otherwise requested by Buyer, orders will be shipped via carriers of our choice in the continental United States. Customers wishing to ship orders to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are subject to standard freight rates, to be provided upon request. Any extra charges for services requested by Buyer, i.e., special routing, inside delivery, residential delivery or lift gate service must be paid by Buyer.

Damaged Shipments; Risk of Loss

Buyer should thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery. If damage has occurred, Buyer should note the extent of the damage on the freight bill and contact ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com immediately. Although ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com’s responsibility for loss and damage ceases when the products are accepted for shipment by the carrier, ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com will, when notified, file a damage claim for goods shipped via a carrier of our choice, issue credit for the damaged goods and ship an immediate replacement. Buyer shall, at ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com’s option, return any damaged products to ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com pursuant to ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com’s instructions.

Return Policy and Procedure

ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com is willing to refund any unused or installed product (unless noted otherwise on the product copy) returned within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact Customer Care at 607-397-2700 or sales@ParkingLotSafetyProducts.com to receive full credit. Please note that refunds are for the cost of the products only – return shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and making any return shipment arrangements. Products returned after 30 days of purchase or without pre-authorization through customer support are subject to a minimum 25% re-stocking fee. All returns must be shipped in resalable, unused condition in the original packaging, and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund. Refunds will be credited following the receipt of the product to our distribution center(s).
